Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch X'Pop
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel One Touch X'Pop.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel One Touch X'Pop device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. To get started, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for a few seconds.
3. Recovery Mode menu should now appear on screen.
4. Afterwards, select "wipe data/factory reset". Accept with Power button.
5. To confirm, press "yes - delete all user data". Use Volume Down to scroll and Power button to confirm.
6. Select "reboot system now", confirm using Power button.
7. Jolly good, you have performed the hard reset. Pat yourself on the back and open up a beer bottle.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, hold the Power button until your device turns on
2. Now open Settings and choose Backup & Reset.
3. Next, select Factory data reset and choose Reset device.
4. Now select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Factory reset operation has been performed.
