Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-109

In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-109.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-109 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction #1

1. Turn the phone on.
2. Type in this code: 25228353.
3. The phone should now restart.

Instruction #2

1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold # button + Power button.
3. ?Type the code in.


4. Device should now restart.
5. Now just press Yes.
