Hard Reset for Huawei Mate 9 Pro
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Huawei Mate 9 Pro.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Huawei Mate 9 Pro device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. First, power down the phone.
2. Is it off? Okay then, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for a few seconds until a Huawei logo pops on screen.
3. Using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to choose, select the wipe data/factory reset.
4. Repeat the above.
5. Now, in the same way as above, select the reboot system now option.
6. Your phone will now reset and restart. Good job.
Instruction II:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Open the dialier and type in this code: *#*# 2846579#*#*
4. A menu will appear. From it, choose Restore Factory.
5. Complete the operation by tapping OK. Voila, done.
Instruction III:
1. Power up the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. Is it on? Okay, good. Now open Menu and enter Settings.
3. Now open Advanced settings, Backup & Reset and Factory data reset.
4. Lastly, select Reset phone, twice. Done!
