Hard Reset for Motorola E378i
In order to hard reset a Motorola E378i, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola E378i device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Lets get started. Begin by pressing the Power button to turn your phone on.
2. Enter Main Menu > Settings > Security.
3. You will be asked to input a lock code. Lock code can be 1234, 0000 or the first four
digits of your phone number.
4. Now select Erase/Reset and Reset Phone.
5. Lastly, select Yes. Your phone will now reset and restart, which will take around thirty seconds.
