In order to hard reset a Motorola MT710 ZHILING, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola MT710 ZHILING device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press the Power button to turn the phone on.
2. Continue by opening Main Menu, then selecting Settings and Security.
3. Open Security Menu by typing in the proper lock code. Default code is either 0000 or 1234.
4. Now select Erase and Reset.
