Hard Reset for Plum Sync 4.0
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Plum Sync 4.0.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Plum Sync 4.0 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction Ein:
1. First, press and hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Select Menu > Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory Data Reset.
3. Lastly, select Reset Phone > Erase Everything. Voila! Done.
Instruction 2:
1. Hold down the Power button until the device turns off.
2. Press and hold Power & Volume buttons simultaeously. Release both buttons when the Android logo shows on the screen.
3. Enter Recovery Mode by press-holding the Power button.
4. Next, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset. Do that by navigating to the option with Volume Down and selecting it with Volume Up.
5. Lastly, select Yes and Reboot System Now.
6. Your phone should now reset and restart, completing the hard reset process. Done.
