How to enter the safe mode in ZTE Grand X2 In
1. Power down the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. Now press-hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously. Release them when the FTM message pops on-screen.
3. Hurray, you now are in Safe Mode.
If Safe Mode cannot be entered, turn the phone on, type in *983*87274# and select Only Diag.
