How to Hard Reset Acer Iconia A1-830
In our tutorial base there is 2 solutions for hard reset Acer Iconia A1-830.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If first solution will not work then use next method.

Acer Iconia A1-830 device will be brought back, to the same configuration as if you bought a brand new device.
Solution #1
1. For starters, switch the device on by pressing the Power button.
2. Now hold down the Volume Up key for a while.
3. As you hold the Volume Up button, press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds and then release it. Keep holding the Volume Up button!
4. When the tablet screen turns on, release the buttons
5. A menu will open. Choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
6. Are you really sure you want to do this? If so, tap "yes" to confirm the operation.
7. Using the Power button, accept option "reboot system now".
8. Your phone has been hard reset.
Solution #2
1. First of all, turn off the device by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Then go the Menu > Settings.
3. Now, choose Backup & Reset. Tap Factory data reset.
4. Press Reset device > Erase everything to confirm the operation.
5. Huzzah! You have just performed a hard reset operation!
