Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG T375 Cookie Smart device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons.
3. Complete the hard reset process by pressng Volume Down button.

1. Power down the phone.
2. Open up the dialer. To do that, press Call.
3. Use the phone's keypad to type in one of these two codes: either 1809#*310# or 3845#*375#
4. Press the Call button to confirm the process. Well done!
