Instruction I:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons.
3. Complete the hard reset process by pressng Volume Down button.

2. Open up the dialer. To do that, press Call.
3. Use the phone's keypad to type in one of these two codes: either 1809#*310# or 3845#*375#
