1. Press and hold the Power button.
2. Choose the Power Off option, then tap OK.
3. Stay idle for five to ten seconds.
1. Hi! First, take off the back cover and remove the battery for a few moments.
2. Now put both the battery and the cover back where they were.
3. Complete the process. Turn the phone back on by holding the Power button.
