Hard Reset for Acer Liquid Gallant Duo

Instruction #1
1. Press the Power rocker to turn the phone off.
2. Next, press and hold together Volume Down + Power button for a couple seconds.
3. Release the Volume Down and press Volume Up key.
4. Release held keys when the Boot Mode appears.
5. A menu will appear on the screen. From it, choose Recovery option by using Volume Up to scroll and Volume Down to confirm.
6. After the Android Image displays on the screen, press the Home button to enter Recovery Mode.
7. Choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down and then push the Menu button to confirm.
8. Now select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Menu to choose.
9. Restart the tablet by selecting "reboot system now".
10. Well done, the hard reset is complete.
Instruction #2
1. Turn your device on.
2. Open Menu and choose Settings.
3. Next, select Backup&Reset. Tap Factory data reset.
4. Last of all, choose Reset device and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
