Hard Reset for Acer Liquid Jade
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Acer Liquid Jade.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Acer Liquid Jade device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn off the device by holding the Power rocker for a while.
2. Press and hold together Volume Down and Power button for a short while.
3. Release held keys when the Acer logo shows up.
4. You're almost done. Now, use Volume buttons to select "clear eMMC". Tap the Power button to confirm.
5. Good job. You have performed a factory reset operation.
Instruction #2
1. Hello! Please open Settings from the Acer menu.
2. Next, find Backup & reset and select it.
3. Now select Factory data reset > Reset phone.
4. Last of all, confirm the whole operation by tapping Erase everything.

Instruction #3
1. First, switch off your phone.
2. Second, press and hold Power and Volume Up button together until the device shows menu at LCD.
3. Use Volume Up to scroll and Volume Down button to select option "Recovery". Confirm this using Power button.
4. Next, from the Recovery Mode menu choose "Wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons.
5. To complete, accept the whole operation by selecting "reboot system now".
6. Complete!
