Hard Reset for Acer Liquid Z3
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Acer Liquid Z3.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Acer Liquid Z3 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold together Volume Down + Power button for couple of seconds.
3. When the phone vibrates, release the Volume Down and press Volume Up key.
4. Release held keys when the Boot Mode appears.
5. Now select the Recovery option by using Volume Up to scroll and Volume Down to confirm.
6. An Android image will display itself onscreen. When it does, press the Home button to enter Recovery Mode.
7. Next, use Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset". Push the Menu button to confirm.
8. Now select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Menu to choose.
9. Restart the tablet by selecting "reboot system now".
10. Huzzah, the hard reset is complete.
Instruction #2
1. Turn the phone on.
2. Open Menu and choose Settings.
3. Next, select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Press Reset device and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
5. Complete.
