Hard Reset for Alcatel Fierce XL
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel Fierce XL.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel Fierce XL device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. First, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for several seconds.
3. Release all keys when the exclamation mark appears.
4. Now press the following buttons in a sequence: Volume Up - > Volume Down-> Power - > Volume Down.
5. Hoozah, you have performed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, hold the Power button until your device turns on.
2. Afterwards, open Menu and choose Windows Phone Settings.
3. Tap About.
4. When asked to confirm, press Reset your phone.
