Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch Fire
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel One Touch Fire.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel One Touch Fire device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. First, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for several seconds.
3. Now use Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset". Push thePower button to confirm.
4. Please select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power rocker to choose.
5. Restart the device by selecting "reboot system now".
6. Hoozah, you have performed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. First go to Settings, then to Device section.
2. Now go to Device information; when there, tap More information
3. Next, tap Reset Phone. Then tap Okay.
