Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra
In order to hard reset a Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for several seconds.
3. 3. Release all keys when the Android logo appears.
4. A new menu will appear on screen. From it, select "English" and confirm that with Power button.
5. Now use Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset". Push thePower button to confirm.
6. Please select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power rocker to choose.
7. Restart the device by selecting "reboot system now".
