Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch Pixi
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel One Touch Pixi.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel One Touch Pixi device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. First, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for several seconds.
3. Release held keys when you see the Boot Mode in front of you.
4. A new menu will appear on screen. From it, select the Recovery option by using Volume Up to scroll and Volume Down to confirm.
5. Now use Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset". Push thePower button to confirm.
6. Please select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power rocker to choose.
7. Restart the device by selecting "reboot system now".
8. Yaay, you have performed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, hold the Power button until your device turns on.
2. Afterwards, open Menu and choose Settings.
3. Next, select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Now choose Reset device and then select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
Instruction #3
1. To begin, switch off the cell phone by holding down the Power rocker for a while.
2. Continue by pressing and holding together Volume Down and Power button for a couple seconds.
3. The next step is to use Volume buttons to select "clear eMMC" and tap the Power button to confirm.
4. Congratulations, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
