Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. To begin, turn off the cell phone.
2. Next, press and hold Volume Up and Power for a couple of seconds.
3. Release held keys when the Alcatel logo appears.
4. Now just keep holding Volume Up button until the Recovery Mode shows up.
5. Now use Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset". Push thePower button to confirm.
6. Please select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power rocker to choose.
7. Restart the device by selecting "reboot system now".
8. Hoozah, you have performed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, hold the Power button until your device turns on.
2. Afterwards, open Menu and choose Settings.
3. Next, select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Now choose Reset phone and then select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
