Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch Tab 8 HD
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel One Touch Tab 8 HD.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel One Touch Tab 8 HD device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. First, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for several seconds.
3. Release held keys when the Recovery Mode/b> appears onscreen.
4. Next, select "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power button to confirm.
5. Afterwards, select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select.
6. Restart the device by selecting "reboot system now".
7. Hoozah, you have performed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, hold the Power button until your device turns on.
2. Now open Settings and choose Backup & Reset.
3. Next, select Factory data reset and choose Reset device.
4. Now select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Press Ok to confirm.
6. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
