Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-506

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-506 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Type in this code: 25228353.
3. Open Dialer or type from Main screen this code: 25228353
4. Now confirm it by pressing Call key.
5. Your phone will now restart.
Instruction #2
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold # button + Power button.
3. Your phone will now restart.
4. Confirm Factory reset by pressing and holding Left Softkey.
5. Voila, you're done.
