Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-838
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-838.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-838 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Then type this code using keypad: 25228353 and confirm it.
3. Now your phone should restart.
4. Done, your device is ready to use.
Instruction #2
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold Volume button + Power button.
3. Confirm all the options by pressing "yes".
4. Your device will now reset.
5. Voila, you're done.
