In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel Pixi 3 (7) LTE.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel Pixi 3 (7) LTE device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Switch the device off Power key.
2. Next, hold down Volume Up + Power button for about 10 seconds.
3. Release them as soon as you see the Android Robot.
4. Enter the Recovery Mode by holding Volume Up + Power button for a short while.
5. Release them, again, when the Boot Mode starts.
6. Scroll down to Recovery by using the Volume Up. Press Volume Down button to confirm it.
7. Now press Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset" and push Power button to confirm.
8. Afterwards, select"Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power to select.
9. Yahoo, you have completed the hard reset.
1. Make sure that your phone is on.
2. Enter menu Menu, then find and select Settings.
3. When there, press Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. In the this step touch Reset device.
5. Now select Erase everything to confirm.
6. Hard reset operation is done.

3. Let go of them when the Alcatel logo appears on the screen.
4. Choose "Clear eMMC" by navigating with the Volume Down. Press Power button to confirm.
