Hard Reset for Alcatel Pop S9
In order to hard reset a Alcatel Pop S9, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel Pop S9 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. For starters, press & hold the Power key.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
3. From the languages available, select English.
4. Next, press Volume Down to choose wipe data/factory reset and confirm with Power button.
5. Afterwards, scroll with Volume Down and press Power key to select "Yes - delete all user data".
6. You should be in the Recovery Mode menu now. From it, select "reboot system now".
7. Jolly good, you have performed the hard reset.
