Hard Reset for Allview Viva H7 LTE
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Allview Viva H7 LTE.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Allview Viva H7 LTE device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. For starters, turn off the device. Press & hold the Power key.
2. Hold down Volume Up + Power key for a while.
3. Select "wipe data/factory reset" option. Use Volume Keys to navigate and Power button to confirm.
4. Select "Yes--delete all user data".
5. Now select "reboot system now".
6. Voila.
Instruction #2
1. Hi. If your device is powered down, press the Power button.
2. Is the phone on? Then open Menu, choose Settings and Backup & Reset.
3. Afterwards, select Factory data reset.
4. To start the hard reset operation, select Reset phone again and then Erase everything.
5. Confirm by selecting OK.
6. Good show, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
