Hard Reset for Allview Viva i10G
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Allview Viva i10G.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Allview Viva i10G device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. What you need to do is press and hold the Power key, which will turn the device off.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
3. You can release these keys when the Android logo pops up.
4. Next, press Power button and enter Recovery Mode.
5. Now select wipe data/factory reset using Volume Down. Confirm with Power button.
6. Now select "Yes - delete all user data" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select.
7. Then press Power button to select "reboot system now" option.
8. Good work, you have completed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. Hello. Press the
Power button to switch on the phone.
2. Is the phone on? Then open Menu, choose Settings and Backup & Reset.
3. Afterwards, select Factory data reset.
4. To start the hard reset operation, select Reset phone again and then Erase everything. Confirm by pressing Ok.
5. Unless you messed something up, factory reset operation is now over. Good job.
