Hard Reset for Allview X2 Soul Mini
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Allview X2 Soul Mini.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Allview X2 Soul Mini device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. For starters, turn off the device. Press & hold the Power key.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
3. Let go of the keys when the Boot Mode starts up.
4. Now select wipe data/factory reset using Volume Down. Confirm with Power button.
5. Now select "Yes - delete all user data" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select.
6. Then press Power button to select "reboot system now" option.
7. Good work, you have completed the hard reset.
Instruction #2
1. If the device is off, hold down the Power button to turn it back on.
2. Afterawrds from Main Menu find and select Settings.
3. Then open the Backup and Reset folder and select Factory Data Reset.
4. Tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up.
5. Choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.
6. Well done! You have just performed the factory reset process.
