Hard Reset for Asus Memo Pad FHD10
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Asus Memo Pad FHD10.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Asus Memo Pad FHD10 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Press and hold the Power key until the device turns off.
2. Next, press and hold Volume Up + Power button.
3. You can release held keys after the Android logo shows onscreen.
4. In order to enter the Recovery Mode press and hold the Volume Up for a couple of seconds.
5. While still holding this key tap and release the Power key (if it's necessary repeat this operation a few times).
6. Select wipe data/factory reset by pressing Volume Down to highlight and Power button to confirm.
7. To confirm, choose Yes-delete all user data.
8. Select the Reboot System Now option. Tablet should restart.
9. Open up a bottle of beer and celebrate, for you have completed the hard reset operation.
Instruction #2
1. First of all, hold down the Power key in order to turn on the device.
2. Starting at the Main Screen, go to Settings.
3. Select Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.
4. Now please Reset tablet.
5. Confirm by selecting Erase everything.
6. Blow the trumpet and fire the confetti cannon! Hard reset is complete!
Instruction #3
1. First of all, download the cleardata.zip.
2. Next, unzip the file into your microSD card.
3. Press and hold Power button until your device turns off.
4. Now connect your device to the memory card.
5. Turn on your iPad with Power button.
6. Afterwards use Volume buttons to navigate to Clear User Data option and select it with Power key.
7. A “Please remove installation media!” note should appear. When it does, please remove the microSD card from your device.
8. Hard reset is complete.
