Hard Reset for AUDIOVOX CDM 4500
In order to hard reset a AUDIOVOX CDM 4500, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.

1. Power up the device.
2. Press Left soft key, 5 and 3 buttons. Enter your password, which is the last four digits of your phone number.
3. Press 4 to select Reset Phone.
