Hard Reset for BenQ M350
In order to hard reset a BenQ M350, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ M350 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Make sure that the phone is online.
2. Now go to either Standby screen or Dialer.
3. This code: *#9999# should be typed in and confirmed by pressing Call button.
4. The phone should now restart
