Hard Reset for BenQ Z2
In order to hard reset a BenQ Z2, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ Z2 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First of all, turn on the device.
2. Next, open the device's Dialer (or, if you would rather, go to Standby screen).
3. Using keypad, type in the *#9999# code.
4. To confirm the operation, press the Call button.
5. The device will now restart. Good job, you have completed the hard reset succesfully.
