Hard Reset for BlackBerry 7130c
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for BlackBerry 7130c.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BlackBerry 7130c device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. First and foremost, turn your phone on. If it is already on, good, you are one step ahead. Of somebody.
2. Time to do some browsing - go to Options > Security > Wipe handheld.
3. Phone will now prompt you to type in the word "BlackBerry".
4. Good, good. Your phone will now restart with new, fresh factory settings.
Instruction #2
1. Switch your phone on.
2. Starting at the Main Menu, enter Options Security and then Set a password.
3. When asked to, type in a new password - an incorrect one - tem times.
4. Eventually your phone will turn off, reset and come back on in its factory settings.
