Hard Reset for BlackBerry Q10
In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Q10, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Q10 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Make sure that the phone is turned on.
2. Starting on the Home screen, go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Security Wipe.
3. Enter the word "Blackberry" into a text box that will appear.
4. Select the Delete Data option.
