Hard Reset for BlackBerry Z10
In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Z10, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Z10 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, power up the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Choose Options, then Security Options and General Settings.
3. Confirm with the press on a Menu button.
4. Select the Wipe handheld option. Check the items that you want to remove and Continue.
5. When prompted to, type the word "BlackBerry" into the phone.
