Hard Reset for DEXP M350 Rock
In order to hard reset a DEXP M350 Rock, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
DEXP M350 Rock device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power down the phone.
2. Now press'n'hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time. Wait for the Android logo to pop on-screen and let go of both buttons.
3. Press Power button until a new menu opens.
4. Then select wipe data/factory reset. Do that by using Volume and Power buttons.
5. Select Yes from the newly opened menu, confirm with Power button.
6. Lastly, use Power button to select reboot system now. Voila!
