Hard Reset for dopod 830
In order to hard reset a dopod 830, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod 830 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power down the device.
2. Now press Voice Command and Comm Manager softkey at the same time. Hold them.
3. Press into the hole (location shown in the picture) with your stylus.
4. Hold the softkeys and follow the instructions that appear on-screen. Let go of them after the "Press Send to restore factory default, other key to quit" message appears on-screen.
5. Complete the hard reset by pressing Send button. Now just wait for the process to complete.
