Hard Reset for dopod D802
In order to hard reset a dopod D802, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod D802 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power down the device.
2. Now press Right Softkey and Left Softkey softkey at the same time. Hold them.
3. Press into the hole (location shown in the picture) with your stylus.
4. Hold the softkeys and follow the instructions that appear on-screen. Voila.
