Hard Reset for Eken GT10W
In order to hard reset a Eken GT10W, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Eken GT10W device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Now open Main Menu.
3. Go to Settings > Change PC settings > Update and recovery.
4. Afterwards select Recovery...
5. ... Remove everything and reinstall Windows...
6. ... and Next. Had reset should begin and take around 30 minutes.
7. Done.
