Hard Reset for Huawei Honor 5c
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Huawei Honor 5c.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Huawei Honor 5c device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Press and hold the Power button until the phone powers down.
2. Now hold down Volume Up + Power simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. Let go of these buttons when Huawei logo shows on screen.
4. Now select the wipe data/factory reset option. Use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select.
5. Select it again, same way as above, and follow by choosing reboot system now.
6. Voila! Your phone will now reset and restart.
Instruction III:
1. Lets begin. Please press the Power button in order to turn your phone on.
2. Enter Menu > Settings > Backup and Reset > factory data reset.
3. Tap Reset Phone and select Erase All Data.
4. Select OK to confirm. The phone will now turn off and back on, returning to its default settings. Grats.
