Hard Reset for Huawei U5510
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Huawei U5510.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Huawei U5510 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Press'n'hold the Power button in order to turn the phone on.
2. Now open Settings > Advanced settings > Security > Phone and SIM card.
3. Select the Reset your phone option.
4. Enter the password (0000 by default) into the phone.
5. Relax and wait for your phone to reset and restart.
Instruction II:
1. Power down the device by press-holding the Power button.
2. Press the Call button in order to open the dialer.
3. Using the phone's keypad, type in this code: ##258741
4. Press the Call button again and wait for your phone to reset and restart. Done.
