Hard Reset for i-mate K-JAM
In order to hard reset a i-mate K-JAM, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate K-JAM device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power down the phone.
2. Now press & hold both Voice Command and Comm Manager buttons.
3. Now pick up the stylus and press it into the hole on the left side of the phone.
4. Your phone will now restart, after which it will return to its default settings. Congrats.
