Hard Reset for i-mate PDAL
In order to hard reset a i-mate PDAL, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate PDAL device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. You will begin in the Home screen. From here, open Menu and select Settings.
3. Here, select Reset and then Master Reset options. Confirm by pressing Yes.
4. Type in the safety code (1234 by default) and confirm it.
5. Voila, the hard reset is complete.
