Hard Reset for i-mate SP4m
In order to hard reset a i-mate SP4m, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate SP4m device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1.Turn on the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Open Menu. Select Settings > Reset > Master Reset.
3. Confirm by selecting Yes.
4. Type in the safety code (1234 by default).
5. Your phone will now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset process. Voila.
