Hard Reset for i-mate SPJAS
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for i-mate SPJAS.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. i-mate SPJAS device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Power up your phone and press the Left Softkey button.
2. Enter Accessories and select the Clear Storage option.
3. Instructions will appear on screen. Please follow them.
4. After completing the instruction, your phone should reset and restart. Awesome.
Instruction II:
1. Press and hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. Is it on? Okay then, press both Softkeys simultaneously.
3. As you hold the above buttons, hold down the Power button for three seconds.
4. When asked to, press 0.
5. Your phone will now reset and restart. Great.
