Hard Reset for iNQ Cloud Touch
In order to hard reset a iNQ Cloud Touch, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
iNQ Cloud Touch device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Enter Menu and open Settings > Advanced Settings > Security > Phone and SIM card.
3. Select the Reset Settings option and confirm by selecting Yes.
4. Patiently wait as your phone reboots and resets.
