Hard Reset for Karbonn A16
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Karbonn A16.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Karbonn A16 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Power up the phone.
2. Press/tap the blue handset and type in this code: *#987*99#
3. Your phone will now reset and restart. Well done.
Instruction II:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Open Settings > Backup & reset - Factory data reset - Reset phone.
3. Select the Erase everything option.
4. Wait for your phone to reset and restart. Done.
Instruction III:
1. Make sure that your phone is off. If it is, press the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously.
2. You wil enter a Recovery Mode menu. There, select wipe data/factory reset.
3. Press the Power button to confirm your choice.
4. Another options to select are the Yes--Delete all user data as well as reboot system now.
