Instruction I:
1. Start by working on your PC. Download the Android Multi Tools and ADB drivers programs.
2. Return to your cellphone. Please, turn it off.
3. Now enter Fastboot Mode by press-holding the Power and Volume Down buttons.
4. Next, connect the phone to the PC by an USB cable and start the Android Multi Tools.
5. Complete the process by selecting the wipe data/cache option. Voila!
Instruction II:
1. Hi. First of all, switch the phone off by holding down the Power button.
2. Now hold down the Power and Volume Up buttons.
3. Continue the operation by releasing those buttons upon seeing a new menu on screen.
4. Choose the Recovery. To do that, use Volume Down to select the option and Volume Up to confirm it.
5. Using the same method as above, select wipe data/factory reset
6. Lastly, select the Yes and Reboot System Now.
7. Good job, you have completed the hard reset process.

1. For starters, press the Power button until the phone turns itself on.
2. Starting from the Home screen, open
Menu and Settings.
3. Now choose the Backup & Reset, Factory data reset, Reset Phone options.
4. Continue by selecting Erase Everything. Well done, your phone will now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset process.
