Hard Reset for Micromax X118
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Micromax X118.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Micromax X118 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction III:
1. Press the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Go to Menu, open Settings and select Restore factory settings.
3. You will be asked to type in phone's code. Default code is 0000.
4. Watch as your phone resets and restarts. Well done, you're a pro IT technician.
Instruction IV:
1. Hello. First, please, turn off the phone.
2. Next, press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons until the Reset menu pops onscreen.
3. Now select Factory reset option. To do that, use Volume buttons to scroll through the list of options and press Volume Up to select it.
4. Select Yes by pressing the Volume Up once more.
5. Well done! Your phone should now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset process.
