Hard Reset for Micromax X281
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Micromax X281.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Micromax X281 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. First of all, power up the phone.
2. Now open Menu, enter Settings and select Restore factory settings option.
3. Type in the password - 0000 by default. Voila! Your phone will now reset and restart.
Instruction II:
1. Lets get started. Begin by pressing the Power button to turn your phone off.
2. Next, press & hold the Volume Up and Power buttons
3. Choose the wipe data/factory reset. To do that, use Volume to select the option and Power to confirm it.
4. Lastly, select the Yes and Reboot System Now.
5. Good job, you have completed the hard reset process.
