Instruction I:
1. Hold down the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Enter Main Menu and select Windows Phone Settings.
3. Select About and Reset your phone.
4. Wait for your phone to reset and restart. Done.
Instruction II:
1. Turn off the phone using Power button.
2. Now press'n'hold Volume Down and Power buttons until an exclamation mark pops onscreen.
3. Press this button sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
